A Living Connection to Plant Wisdom

Our center grows from the sacred relationship between plant spirits and the Shipibo healing tradition. As guardians of this ancestral wisdom, we've created a space where you can develop your own deep connection with the healing plants. Since 2016, we've carefully developed our family land into a sanctuary that honors both traditional practices and environmental consciousness.

Location

Nestled near the Shipibo Community of San Francisco, our center lies 45 minutes from the Amazonian city of Pucallpa. This location allows us relative isolation and a rural, natural environment while remaining accessible to visitors.

Medicinal Gardens

At the heart of our center lies Maestra Ynes's carefully tended medicinal garden. Here, she cultivates and harvests the sacred plants used in our healing work, maintaining a living pharmacy of traditional remedies.

Climate

Pucallpa's climate is tropical all year round, the average temperature is 26 ° C, with peaks that can reach 34 ° C on the hottest days.

Between October and December rainfall and low temperatures of average 21.5ºC.
Between May and July, the temperature can drop to as low as 20 ° C, and 16 ° C in the evenings—if attending a diet during these months, we advise you to pack warmer clothes.

Traditional Tambos

Our wooden cabins, known as tambos, are built using traditional, eco-friendly techniques. Each tambo serves as your personal sanctuary during your stay—a simple yet comfortable space where your inner work can flourish. These sacred spaces offer:

The absence of modern conveniences like electricity creates an environment where you can fully embrace the natural rhythms of the jungle. As our guests often discover, the more we quiet the “noise” of our modern habits, the clearer we can hear the plants' teachings.
